We begin with an initial consultation to get to know each other and discuss your wedding vision. During this meeting, I’ll introduce you to the DTE planning portal, where you’ll see how we use tools like timelines and design decks to guide you through the planning process. This step ensures we’re aligned from the start, and you’ll gain insight into what to expect as we move forward together.
Step 1 - Initial Consultation
Once we have a clear understanding of your vision, we’ll prepare a custom proposal outlining the services that best suit your needs. This tailored proposal will reflect your unique requirements—ranging from budget to design—ensuring that our approach is in perfect alignment with your expectations.
Step 2 - Proposal & Contracting
After your contract is signed, we’ll officially onboard you into the DTE portal—your personal hub for everything wedding-related. Here, you can track progress, review timelines, and manage all documents. You’ll receive a detailed budget overview and an in-depth planning timeline, outlining every step of the journey. We’ll also schedule a kickoff meeting to dive deeper into your preferences, finalize the details, and begin curating your vendor team.
Step 3 - Onboarding
With the key elements in place, we move into the design phase. We’ll collaborate closely with you to create a custom design proposal that covers every detail, from color palettes and floor plans to tablescapes and linen selections. This ensures that the design reflects your vision. We’ll also complete your vendor team, selecting professionals who best match your aesthetic, style, and budget. Every decision is made with you in mind.

As the wedding day approaches, we move into final coordination. We’ll create your wedding day timeline, ensuring all vendors and details are aligned. You’ll continue to use your planning portal to stay up-to-date with any progress. We’ll stay in close contact, ensuring you’re informed and confident every step of the way.

This is where everything comes to life! On your wedding day, our team will oversee the seamless execution of every detail.
